Nutrition Log


Here is a sample of what I eat throughout the day.  I used to keep a daily nutrition log, but it became too tedious.  If you would like additional examples, just ask!  

Breakfast – 3 eggs scrambled with ham, onions, and jalapenos, 1 banana, and water

Lunch – Taco bowl with chicken, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and salsa, and 1 iced tea k-cup

Snack – Several slices of deli ham eaten inside lettuce cups with a little bit of mayonnaise, and water

Dinner – Chicken curry with sweet potatoes and sparkling water

Dessert – 1 bowl of cherries

  1. Reading this makes me feel good. I feel like I eat the same things and then feel bad because I feel like I should be more creative. I love you and miss you!!

  2. I made this tonight and it was SO good and pretty easy. You can leave the cheese off the top and it is perfect for you both. We used black beans instead of the rice.
